Spring is a Season of Renewal
Spring brings renewal, but for families in South Sudan, clean water only flows if wells do.
This Spring, we’re not just building new wells—we’re restoring older ones so communities don’t lose access to safe water they depend on every day.
Across South Sudan, many wells that once provided clean water are aging and breaking down. Without rehabilitation, families are forced to return to unsafe water sources—walking long distances, risking illness, and losing time meant for school and work. Rehabilitating wells protects access to clean water and safeguards the future of entire communities.
A broken well doesn’t just stop water. It stops progress.
Aging wells are failing, and water access is at risk. Right now, 24 wells need rehabilitation and 5 new ones must be built—that’s 29 communities in need. Thanks to a generous match, every dollar you give up to $35,000 will be doubled to help restore these vital water sources.
When we bring water to a community, we’re not just building a well—we’re building opportunity, health, and hope. But wells require care. Rehabilitation ensures the water keeps flowing long after the drilling is done.”
