Support WFSS through The H2O Project, an engaging and educational fundraising opportunity!

The H2O Project is a two-part program to help participants raise awareness of global water issues and fundraise to support clean water projects in South Sudan.

H2On the Move is a fundraising opportunity, and H2Observation is a daily reflection program.
Join us by choosing to participate in either or both of these.

What is H2On the Move?

It's a fun and easy way to support people in South Sudan who lack clean drinking water! You pledge to make water your only beverage for a set amount of time and save the money you would usually spend on other beverages, like soda, milk, or coffee. After your pledge period ends, donate that money you saved to WFSS!

*Note: We recommend participating in this program while simultaneously making reflections in H2Observation to have the most meaningful experience.

Is H2On the Move for you?

Yes! Anyone can participate individually or as a group with your family, school, church, sports team, or friends, and you decide how long to make the pledge period.

What is H2Observation?

A daily reflection to raise awareness of global water issues and the severe need for clean water. Follow the guide we provide to critically think about your own water usage and how water availability can impact all areas of someone’s life.

*Note: We recommend participating in this program while simultaneously making a pledge in H2On the Move to have the most meaningful experience.

Is H2Observation for you?

Yes! Anyone can participate individually or as a group. If you’re a teacher, group leader, or adviser, apply this educational program to your class or club.

The idea for the H2O Project was launched in 2001 by Steve and Brenda Koinis. WFSS has partnered with the original creators of The H2O Project in the past and has permission to use the project for fundraising, in conjunction with materials created and published by WFSS staff.
